Position: Engagement Manager (EM) Similar to being an Executive Assistant
Work Hours: 40 hours/week, Mondays - Fridays, US time zones
Starting salary: USD8-10/hour

About us:
We provide sophisticated coaching services and assistance to the Leaders of either top-tier venture capital firms or unicorn startups. We help our clients find their next remote Executive Assistant through a series of screening and assessments.

Duties and responsibilities:
Meeting Management
- Create follow-up email s based on information provided by the meeting owner
- Record information collected from the meeting owner in a contact database
- Add or update calendar item
Task and Time Management
- Record all tasks assigned and performed
- Keep accurate and detailed records of time spent on tasks
Management of Contact Database
- Enter new contact information
- Update existing contact information
- Log value activities performed by the contact owner
- Track all Action items
- Invite new contacts to LinkedIn
- Accept LinkedIn invitations
Research management:
- Perform various internet-based research
- Perform prospect research
Writing:
- Create email drafts for the folks you work for
- Creation of text templates
Any other responsibilities that might arise while performing this job.
