Job Responsibility:
- Understand and implement the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
- Responsible for meeting influencer sales revenue target and generating sales lead
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans, including create sales report
- Collaborate with various teams for end-to-end client pitching process
- Fully understand the fundamentals of the client’s business and advice on all aspects of the influencer campaigns and their deployment to achieve client business objectives.
- To tap on existing relationship and to expand it further to build brand awareness in the market
- Develop and maintain long-term positive relationships with clients by providing an excellent level of client service
- Generate new business using existing and potential client networks
What Do You Need to Have?
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience as Sales / Marketing in Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Advertising Agency, Media, Publishers.
- Rich experience in influencer marketing, especially micro-influencer marketing.
- Excellent digital product knowledge; Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong database and connection with potential clients for digital services.
- Confidence, persuasive manner, strong problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
- Ability to strategize, set budgets, and deliver results at a senior level.
- Good interpersonal abilities, outgoing personality who can thrive in a team.
- Preferably familiar with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Google Drive, Google Meet), Hubspot, and lark.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Preferably from the GMA or Luzon area.
- Able to start at the soonest
