Role Description
This is a fixed term contract role for an Administrative Assistant located on-site in Bacolod. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative reports, contacting suppliers, working hand-in-hand with the commissary supervisor in preparing stocks for delivery, Inventory of stocks, and supporting administrative functions on a day-to-day basis.

- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Clerical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in inventory is a plus
