Work Arrangement:
Candidates who are interested must be willing to work onsite for the first 30 days or during the training period. Afterward, they will transition to a hybrid setup with 4 days of remote work and 1 day onsite.
Schedule:
5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Manila time, Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturday as rest days).

About the Role:
Due to a period of significant and exciting growth, we have the exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our team remotely.
As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll support our marketing efforts in multiple creative capacities. You’ll write, design, and edit to help us tell our brand story across different channels. Here’s what your role will include:
- Marketing Administration: Assist with day-to-day marketing operations, including implementing our global strategy and supporting campaign management.
- Content proofing and writing: Write engaging, on-brand copy for digital channels, including proofing and editing email campaigns, social media, and web content.
- Graphic Design: Design visually compelling assets for social media, emails, and digital ads, ensuring all creative is aligned with First Table’s brand identity.
- Video Editing: Edit promotional videos, restaurant showcases, and content for our social media campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and visuals maintain a consistent brand voice and look, aligning with our values and tone of voice.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your content writing, graphic design, and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) for design and video editing.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
- An eye for detail and aesthetics with the ability to produce cohesive, high-quality content.
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, capable of working independently and collaborating within a team.
- There are large amount of marketing administration in this role so the ability to focus on repetitive tasks is a must
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in the hospitality or food industry.
- Motion graphics or animation skills.
- Familiarity with remote team collaboration.
