???? Role Overview:
As our Deal Analyzer, you'll play a crucial role in our acquisitions process by conducting thorough property analysis and due diligence to maximize deal profitability. This is a full-time, fully remote position.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Analyze potential land deals using industry-leading tools and platforms
Conduct comprehensive property research and due diligence
Evaluate market conditions and comparable sales
Create detailed property analysis reports
Occasionally communicate with sellers for additional property information
Collaborate with our acquisitions team to optimize deal structure
Identify opportunities to increase deal profitability

???? Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in land investing or related field
Proficiency with land.id, The Land Portal, Zillow, and Redfin
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

???? Compensation:

Base Pay: $4.50 per hour
Quarterly Team Bonus: 4-5% profit sharing of gross revenue
Full-time position (40 hours/week)

Has direct experience analyzing vacant land deals
Demonstrates strong data analysis capabilities
Shows initiative in finding ways to maximize deal profitability
Maintains organized and detailed records
