This role supports our Marketing Head by executing marketing strategies, providing feedback, and coordinating digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a keen eye for detail and has experience in entrepreneurial marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Marketing Head in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the marketing team.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and entrepreneurial marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work night shifts as needed to accommodate international clients or project deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
