Flight Performance is a growing digital marketing agency in need of a Social Media Video Editor with experience creating videos designed to be published on Facebook , Instagram, TikTokl, and other social platforms. In this role you will fulfill requests to design video ads based on briefs that will be provided to you.

Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated video editing or similar experience required.

Note: All Remote Employees Must Be Available To Work During The Following Business Hours:

Monday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Tuesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Wednesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Thursday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Friday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Responsibilities & Duties
Collaborate with our marketing team on the visual development, and evolution of clients’ social media ads.
Generate on-brand, cohesive visuals optimized for conversions, higher levels of engagement, and increased click-through rates.
Manage the entirety of the ad design process, ensuring all projects and assets are well-planned, high quality, and delivered within the desired due date.

Effectively communicate status of projects regularly to the Paid Media team.
Present design innovation to the lifecycle marketing team, including showcasing best in class email s/comp research.
Manage a high-volume project tracker/calendar in a fast pace environment.

Required Experience
Strong knowledge of TikTok platform required
Strong knowledge of social media design best practices
Above average written English communication skills
