We are dating consultancy company that started in 2021. We help busy entrepreneurs find their ideal relationship partners online by managing their dating app profiles and instagrams. Most of our clients are successful entrepreneurs and have little time to manage their dating affairs. We allow them to go on dates with the women they want in no time buy improving their personal profile branding and doing the messaging to women for them. We are at the point where we need to build a team to deliver results to more clients. Our goal for 2025 is to help 100 clients find their dream partners.

We are searching for a virtual assistant who can swipe on our clients' dating apps profiles, who can follow strict instructions in terms of what women to find and who can research specific profiles of women on instagram and list these profiles on an excel sheet.
Responsibilities
Manage clients' dating app profiles (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge) and swipe based on their preferences .
Search and identify women of interest on Instagram, compiling profiles into an organized Excel
Track swipes, time spent, and quality matches generated
Provide timely updates to the head of client management
Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific guidelines
Good written and verbal english
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets for documentation
Reliable and disciplined work ethic with the ability to show up consistently for required hours

Applicant selection process:
Phase 1 - Selection based on how detailed the voice note response is, the quality of response and how well the applicant follows instructions
Phase 2 - Selection based on successful video interview
Phase 3 - Selection based on successful completion of a 7 day trial period. If passed, the candidate moves into the full time role. 7 day trial period is unpaid
