This is an exciting opportunity to join an in-house content team within a fast-growing family owned business. You will report to and work directly with the Content Manager in this role.

The Social Media Specialist will be managing all of our brand’s social media accounts, posting regular organic content. There will be a strong emphasis on high quality video content.

This role is ideal for someone who values having creative freedom, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional growth.

In addition to a monthly salary, we offer 13th month pay, paid annual/sick leave, and HMO.

Responsibilities:
- Produce consistent, high quality content across multiple platforms
- Create and manage a content calendar
- Establish social media reporting
- Connect with new leads, existing customers, and potential hires
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategies and develop new ideas
- Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for implementing relevant ones
- Collaborate with tea m me mbers to gather feedback and insights

Experience and skills:
- Video editing
- Graphic design
- Caption writing
- Social media analytics
- Understanding of repurposing content for different platforms
- Experience in managing: Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Strong strategic thinking coupled with the ability to align content with business goals

Expectations:
- Work to AU business hours
- Proper desk setup in a private space

Salary Range:
- 45,000-60,000 PHP / month (based on experience)
