Boxgreen is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to key financial operations, especially in Accounts Receivable (AR) and month-end closing processes.
As our Finance Executive, you'll be integral to our financial operations, handling tasks ranging from book closing to payment collection and invoicing. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial interactions across our entities, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

As our Finance Executive, you'll be integral to our financial operations, handling tasks ranging from book closing to payment collection and invoicing. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial interactions across our entities, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee invoicing per client contracts, ensuring accuracy and on-time issuance.
- Track and record incoming payments, ensuring compliance with payment terms.
- Proactively manage overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
- Generate and review AR aging reports, collaborating with the finance team for reconciliation.
- Assist with month-end AR reconciliations and support accurate financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline AR and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, ensuring alignment with financial projections and maintaining cash flow discipline.
- Provide AR documentation for audits and support smooth audit processes.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks, reporting, and analysis as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Knowledge of Xero will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
