Job Description

• Oversee and manage sales related requests relating to products and services.

• Coordinate with support analysts team as well as monitor performance deliverables.

• Liaise with various internal stakeholders (sales, IT, products, compliance, and finance) in order to address various operational concerns and support requirements.

• Develop, enhance, and establish processes, policies, and tools that improve overall operational effectiveness and efficiency and ensure internal stakeholders are properly oriented and trained.

• Functions as the main POC for any escalated internal and external concerns/complaints relating to CIC.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related studies.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles, preferably in the credit industry, banking, fintech, or information services sectors.

• Experience in global and local market is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with local regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging trends in the credit industry.

• Proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships.

• Excellent networking, negotiation, and influencing skills to establish and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.
