Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team as an Inside Sales Agent. The ideal candidate will excel in cold calling, lead management, and CRM optimization while demonstrating exceptional communication and organizational skills. This role starts as part-time with the intention to move into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Cold Calling:
Execute outbound cold calls using provided scripts.
Set qualified appointments with prospects for sales representatives.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close deals when required.
Prospecting & Lead Management:
Research and identify new opportunities.
Manage and engage leads from various sources, including calls, email s, and social media.
CRM Management (Go High Level):
Maintain and update CRM records.
Track leads and automate workflows using GHL.
Ensure all communications are documented accurately.
Social Media Lead Engagement:
Monitor and respond to leads generated from social media platforms.
Maintain consistent communication to ensure timely follow-ups.
Administrative Support:
Organize schedules and set up appointments.
Provide detailed reporting on sales activities and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
English Proficiency: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) or similar platforms.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales, prospecting, and closing.

Working Conditions
