Corporate Sales & Business Development Manager

To grow and manage our Group Insurance Business with corporate clients through the SLGFI Bancassurance Team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Manages a growing roster of Bancassurance Sales Officers
  2. Identifies internal partnership opportunities aligned with Group Strategic Vision
  3. Works with bank partner to explore corporate banking business opportunities
  4. Develops stakeholder management frameworks

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant management experience
  2. Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course
  3. Passion for MSMEs and startups
  4. Knowledge of Group Insurance Employee Benefit & Loan Protection Landscape
  5. Strong industry knowledge, negotiation and communication skills
