Corporate Sales & Business Development Manager
To grow and manage our Group Insurance Business with corporate clients through the SLGFI Bancassurance Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages a growing roster of Bancassurance Sales Officers
- Identifies internal partnership opportunities aligned with Group Strategic Vision
- Works with bank partner to explore corporate banking business opportunities
- Develops stakeholder management frameworks
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant management experience
- Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course
- Passion for MSMEs and startups
- Knowledge of Group Insurance Employee Benefit & Loan Protection Landscape
- Strong industry knowledge, negotiation and communication skills
