Assistant Store Supervisor (Luxury Beauty)

Assistant Store Supervisor is primarily accountable for managing the operations of the store.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain awareness of existing competitive ranking and daily knowledge of all sales achievements vs. goals for staff.
• Oversee training and development of staff.
• Mentor and coach beauty/fragrance advisors on product knowledge, performance, KPIs, and service behaviors.
• Manage and execute all customer events held at the store.
• Review the status of the customer registry and sampling log with the team.
• Maintain frequent communication with Area Managers.
• Establish relationships with key retailer departments (Mall Administration and Marketing, Brand Marketing, Customer Relationship Management Provider, Group Research & Evaluation Manager).
• Regularly attend training seminars and complete digital learning modules.
• Oversee all aspects of the business and maximize retail sales in store.
• Manage cleaning, re-stocking and moving boxes with the team.
Job Qualifications:
• Must have completed a 4-year course in College.
• Preferably with experience in Luxury Beauty Retail, but open for fresh graduates.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including nights, weekends and/or holidays (dependent on business staffing needs.)
• Posses strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable performing beauty and skin care services on customers’ faces (as necessary and when dictated by customer and business needs) after being trained on all proper protocols to do so.
