Job Title: Lead Credit Risk Analyst/ Funding and Risk Management Credit Analyst

Summary: Oracle Financing empowers customers by providing tailored payment solutions that make acquiring Oracle products and services easier. As a Funding and Risk Management Credit Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in this process. You will engage directly with senior financial executives, such as CFOs of venture-funded and privately held companies, to assess and structure financing solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence significant business decisions and interact with major stakeholders both internally and externally. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth credit risk analyses in line with Oracle Financing’s Credit Policies and SOX requirements.
  • Engage directly with CFOs and other senior management to perform due diligence, gathering comprehensive financial and operational information.
  • Evaluate and assign accurate risk ratings to transactions, identifying strengths, risks, and potential mitigants.
  • Collaborate with funding sources to ensure seamless funding liquidity for financed transactions.
  • Maintain detailed and organized credit files and support the structuring and negotiation of terms to optimize financial solutions.
  • Contribute to special projects, providing responsive and strategic support to the Oracle Financing sales team.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines and independently make critical decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to perform advanced financial and ratio analyses.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a knack for analytical thinking and effective negotiation.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, leasing, financing, or a related field within a bank, leasing company, or captive finance environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA is preferred.
  • A strong educational background in Economics, Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Financial Accounting.
  • Work Shift: 9am-6pm in California/PST time (equivalent to 1am-10am in Manila)
