Job Description:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Interact with customers, listen to their concerns, address their questions, and provide helpful solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product or service information. Should have in-depth knowledge about products or services offered by our company. Provide customers with accurate information about features, benefits, pricing, and other details.
  • Handle complaints and escalations. Resolve the issue promptly and efficiently. Escalate the matter to higher levels of management or Technical Engineer with regards to defective product or quality issue if necessary.
  • Process orders and requests. Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns or exchanges, tracking shipments, and handling customer requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Received and review customer orders via phone, email, or other electronic platforms.
  • Enter orders to the company's database or order management system with precision and efficiency.
  • Collect customer feedback. Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with products or services. This feedback can be used to identify areas for improvement within the company and make necessary adjustments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy. Display professionalism, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Sales coordination. Collaborate with various internal departments, such as sales team, marketing, finance, and logistic, to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities. Communicate important information, coordinate sales campaigns or promotions, provide status and updates and assist in ensuring that products or services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations in all order processing activities.

Qualifications:

  • College or Vocational diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales, retail, or distribution environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with order management software or ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Knowledge of sales and order processing best practices, including familiarity with shipping and logistics processes, is desirable.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and dedication to providing high-quality service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
