  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your responsibilities will include developing outreach strategies, coordinating with various teams to ensure message consistency, and meticulously organizing outreach activities to maximize engagement and impact.

Position: Outreach Communication Specialist
Schedule: Monday - Friday (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm MNL)
Type: Full-Time
Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the Lead generation, communications, and other relevant departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Send outreach via Inmails (Linkedin)
- Send outreach via Justcall
- Schedule meetings via Google Calendar
- Maintain up-to-date records of outreach activities and outcomes for reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts, making adjustments as necessary to improve results.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in doing outreach and communicating with clients, or similar roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
