We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager who will drive our mission forward, fostering new opportunities and creating meaningful partnerships with coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Partnerships: You’ll be the key player in expanding our business by identifying and securing new opportunities.
• Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with coffee shop owners, restaurant managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Market Research: Analyze the market, identify trends, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, securing long-term contracts that benefit both Agross and our partners.
• Innovative Solutions: Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that fit our clients' needs, creating value that goes beyond just product offerings.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
• B2B Expertise: Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably in the food and beverage or related sectors.
• Exceptional Communication & Negotiation: A natural connector who thrives on building meaningful relationships and closing deals.
