Salary range: 35,000 PHP per month
Position Overview (full time): We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Remote Social Media and E-commerce Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, customer service, consignment requests, uploading items to our online store and multiple sales channels, and performing basic website maintenance. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management:Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook,Twitter).
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
• Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and consignment requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with order-related questions and issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• E-commerce Management:Upload new items to the online store and multiple sales channels (e.g., eBay, Poshmark).
• Create accurate and compelling product descriptions, including condition reports and measurements.
• Ensure product listings are optimised for search and sales conversion.
• Manage inventory and update product listings as needed.
• Website Maintenance:Create and manage additional collections on the website.
• Perform regular website checks to ensure all links and pages are functioning correctly.
• Assist with website updates and improvements as needed.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in social media management, customer service, and e-commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, e-commerce platforms, and online sales channels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with luxury fashion brands and the consignment market is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools quickly.
