Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering/ Business-related course/ Management or any related course

• At least five (5) years of experience as a Sales Executive/Supervisor or at least three (3) years of experience as a Sales Manager

• Proven experience in meeting Sales Target

• With excellent oral and written communication skills

• With excellent negotiation and leadership skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing organizational sales by developing effective business plans that cover sales, revenue, and expense controls

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for identified lead customer industry, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.

Consolidate and analyze Sales reports; check for areas of improvement, change/development of technique, and possible resolution in order to achieve Sales target.

Prepare overall Sales reports, revenue, and expenses reports, and realistic forecast for Management

Responsible for reporting trends and monitoring competitor activities and reporting the same to management for proper disposition.

Liaise with the marketing group to create brand awareness, price list updates, tactical promotions, and customized individual customer requirements to help achieve sales targets.

Responsible for monitoring and overseeing activities of Sales Executives and Sales Engineers and ensuring that individual KRA’s are met. Provide training/coaching if necessary
