We are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team as a Sales Executive member. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to drive sales and foster long-term customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies and objectives.
• Share market feedback and insights with internal teams to support product development and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Sales Staff or Customer Service role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
