We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to establish and manage partnerships with talent agencies that produce streamers for our platform. In this role, you will identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive initiatives to attract top talent to our streaming community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage talent agencies that can provide high-quality streamers, fostering relationships that benefit both parties.
• Analyze the streaming landscape to identify trends, potential partnerships, and new opportunities for talent acquisition.
• Initiate contact with agencies through various channels, including networking events, cold calls, and social media, to promote our platform and partnership opportunities.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to agencies that outline the benefits of partnering with [Streaming Company Name] and how it can enhance their talent offerings.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align business development efforts with our overall strategy and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new streamers.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with agencies to secure beneficial partnerships that drive growth and enhance our talent pool.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain ongoing communication with agency partners to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• With or without experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of the live streaming industry and familiarity with talent acquisition processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
