Why this role exists
a detail-oriented E-commerce Merchandising Assistant to support our client's Beauty & Home teams. The primary focus is mastering the Trunkshow process through hands-on training and shadowing while assisting with critical data management and vendor operations. This role offers an opportunity to learn luxury e-commerce operations from the ground up.

The Impact you’ll make
Trunkshow Process Management

• Learn end-to-end Trunkshow operations through training

• Shadow Merchandising Assistants and ABs

• Support operations across Trunkshow, Boutique, and Mirakl

• Download and manage TS imagery

• Review and maintain templates

• Attend bi-weekly team meetings

Product Data Management

• Handle vendor onboarding in PINK

• Create weekly replenishment POs

• Manage import templates

• Monitor product upload accuracy

• Process sample requests

Content & Market Support

• Assist with market preparation

• Create trend boards

• Manage product imagery and copy

• Handle MSDS documentation

• Maintain editorial content

Operations Support

• Update team Google sheets

• Process international checklists

• Monitor shipping restrictions

• Manage pricing updates

• Support launch calendars

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in data management or e-commerce operations

• Strong MS Excel proficiency with hands-on experience in:

• Data entry and cleanup

• Pivot tables

• VLOOKUP

• Proven track record of managing product or inventory data

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Experience with documentation and process following

• Experience with multiple system navigation and data entry

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• WFH Set-Up:

• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

• Back-up computer and internet connection

• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

• Remote position

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

• 40 hours a week

Compensation:

• $5 per hour
