As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales and revenue growth by doing cold calling to potential business owners.

Qualifications:
• Willing to work in the office in Makati City, Monday to Friday (Fixed Saturday and Sunday off).
• Willing to work on a night shift from 9:00PM to 6:00AM Philippine Time (9:00AM to 6:00PM EST).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years recent experience in Outbound Sales Cold Calling experience with excellent English proficiency.
• Must be fluent in English (preferably C2 proficiency level).
• Familiarity with Business-to-Business sales techniques and understanding of Business-to-Business sales process.
• Experience using CRM Salesforce is a plus.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to potential businesses from provided leads or cold calling lists.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Be able to understand, do a sales pitch and provide online demo (webinar) of the product.
• Engage in active listening to understand business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Effectively handle objections and address concerns to maximize sales opportunities.
