• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to close deals effectively.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and presentations for prospective clients.
• Provide feedback to the operations team on client requirements to enhance service offerings.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Key Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in business development, with at least 3 years in the BPO industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the BPO industry, including trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
