MAIN PURPOSE
The eCommerce Lead spearheads the strategy and management of e-commerce platforms (pureplayer, e-retailers and brand.com). He/She will also be accountable to delivering the eCommerce target for the market.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish a clear-cut EC strategy per channel & per brand that is aligned with overall local and regional business objectives
• Serve as key point of contact for key retailer partners in the market and establish strong relationships with key customers.
• Manage Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews and Joint Business Planning with our key customers.
• Develop building blocks to increase the EC % share of business per brand
• Drive EC revenue generation across multiple online touchpoints and accelerate EC expansion to relevant platforms
• Lead the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of e-commerce brand-driven or platform-driven campaigns
• Identify online sales and marketing opportunities with EC platforms to maximize EC business investment
• Spearhead sales & inventory forecasting, sell-out analysis, and sales trend reporting and use findings to grow the EC business
• Negotiate and secure placements/mileages from pureplayers or e-retailers
• Monitors and manages ecommerce and other digital expenses within the allotted brand budget and optimizes spending to ensure cost efficiencies and deliver high ROI
• Analyze relevant data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to optimize e-commerce and paid campaigns and drive more quality traffic & conversions
• Manage online inventory to ensure sufficient stockholding across EC channels
• Support brand CRM initiatives and programs the help achieve online customer retention rate and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date with ever-changing trends within e-commerce.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course;
b) Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives;
c) Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.
REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Advertising, Marketing, Management, Business or other relevant fields
• Has experience working in e-commerce platforms for at least 6-8 years. Established relationships within the Philippine eCommerce market.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with implementing and monitoring e-commerce campaigns to drive online sales, attributing and driving conversions (with FB/IG pixel, utm tags, SEO/website optimization, deriving ROAS), and maximize ecommerce best practices to aid in campaign strategy & implementation
• Strong retail background in fashion or beauty industries is a plus
• Strong internal stakeholder management skills and key account management skills. Strong track record on delivering sales results for eCommerce channel
• Marketing-oriented and has great entrepreneurial skills.
• Knowledgeable of e-commerce tools, website development, and SEO & SEM strategies
• Excellent critical-thinking skills and communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and projects within a time frame
• Ability to track and adapt to maximize traffic conversion and engagement
• Highly organized and proactive self-starter with an attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude who can effectively prioritize and manage multiple creative projects
