Position Title: Business Unit Strategic Marketing Lead
Role Exposure:
• Develop an in-depth understanding on the analytics, branding, communication, technology, and marketing operations of the Bank
• Hone your leadership skills and build a competitive profile for a rewarding career as an officer of the Bank
• Take part in an extensive career progression and learn from the best Bankers in the industry
Job Summary:
• Leads in the implementation of marketing strategies for the assigned Business Unit
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
• Drives the delivery of integrated Marketing solutions to support their assigned Business Unit(s).
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services per Business Unit on a variety of media and communication platforms.
• Strategize and execute advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Acts as Single Point of Contact of the BU that works with various ABCMTG divisions to deliver various Marketing requirements of the BU.
• Prepares and monitors annual budgets and Marketing plans while being accountable in ensuring efficient implementation, utilization and post evaluation.
• Should be able to project manage and deliver other requirements of the team that will be assigned from time to time.
• Demonstrates capability of analyzing data, identifying insights and defining acquisition, usage and activation opportunities for the Business Units supported.
• Possesses people management skills in leading a team or in leading his/her peers.
• Should be able to deliver other requirements of the team that will be assigned from time to time.
