General Statement of Duties

  • Purchasing and invoice reconciliation.
  • Database administration.
  • Assist with timesheets and payroll as required.
  • Support employee onboarding processes including record keeping, flight bookings and coordinating mobilizations.
  • Carry out other tasks or functions as directed by management where competent to do so or while under supervision.

Essential Criteria

  • Good understanding of MYOB (Preferred but not required)
  • Proficient computer skills including use of Microsoft Office suite, email applications and database administration
  • Positive attitude to working in a small team environment.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Committed to health, safety, environmental and quality control practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business Related Course
  • Accounting Experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
