General Statement of Duties
- Purchasing and invoice reconciliation.
- Database administration.
- Assist with timesheets and payroll as required.
- Support employee onboarding processes including record keeping, flight bookings and coordinating mobilizations.
- Carry out other tasks or functions as directed by management where competent to do so or while under supervision.
Essential Criteria
- Good understanding of MYOB (Preferred but not required)
- Proficient computer skills including use of Microsoft Office suite, email applications and database administration
- Positive attitude to working in a small team environment.
- Customer service focused.
- Committed to health, safety, environmental and quality control practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business Related Course
- Accounting Experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
