HR Assistant

Supports with employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures and external reporting or documentation. Provides first level support for general employee inquiries.

About The Job

  • Prepares documentation, filings, or reports to support local compensation or benefits programs. (40%)
  • Answers basic questions from employees regarding benefits, compensation, and/or wellness. (30%)
  • Assists with data collection and analysis as needed for compliance, reporting and other projects. (15%)
  • Supports annual processes through reporting and auditing. (15%)
  • Other duties as assigned.



About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
  • Five to seven years of experience
  • Previous experience supporting HR, compensation, or benefits preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
