We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Expert & Sourcing Coordinator to join our team and help us expand our offerings. You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing products that align with our brand's vision. You will communicate with suppliers, manage inventory levels, and ensure that we consistently offer an exciting range of products. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a flair for negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and source new products and suppliers that align with our brand and customer needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with company goals.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Handle supplier communications and resolve any issues that may arise.

Relevant Experience Required:
• Proven experience in procurement and sourcing, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in inventory management, with experience in monitoring and maintaining optimal stock levels and identify potential new products or suppliers.
• Experience in contract evaluation and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
