Planning Assistant
Coordinates information related to production workflow. Provides support specifically related to production planning department activities. Reviews and distributes production schedule. Escalates issues as necessary to ensure that production plans can operate on schedule.

About The Job
- Coordinates input for creating production and works schedules to ensure that production targets are met. (50%)
- Updates files, tacking logs, and schedules as directed by planners. (30%)
- Escalates issues as necessary to ensure that manufacturing plans are properly executed. (20%)
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
- Two to five years of experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
