GoHighLevel (GHL) Operations and Technical Specialist

Job Type: This position starts as Part-Time, then becomes full-time based on Performance.

We are seeking a GoHighLevel (GHL) Operations and Technical Specialist to join our team full-time! We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in marketing automation, CRM management, and sales funnel building. The ideal candidate will have experience using platforms similar to GHL, such as ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, Infusionsoft, or HubSpot, and can quickly adapt and learn GHL.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot GHL operations including:
CRM lead and pipeline management
Workflow and automation creation
Sales funnel design and setup
Calendar and appointment integrations
Marketing campaign setup (email , SMS)
Monitor and manage the synchronization between GHL and external platforms (Google Calendar, Zapier, etc.)
Troubleshoot any GHL-related issues and implement solutions effectively
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns and funnels with business goals
Stay updated with GHL features and updates to continuously improve processes
Assist with technical setup and configuration of new integrations as required
Regularly test and review automations, workflows, and integrations to ensure optimal performance
Work closely with our team on new projects and initiatives, providing technical support and insights

Key Qualifications

Proven experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and funnel builders (ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, Infusionsoft, etc.)
Technical proficiency with managing integrations between marketing and sales tools
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to learn new platforms and adapt quickly
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing tasks independently
A long-term vision with a desire to grow within the company
