Job Overview:

We are looking to hire a highly motivated bookkeeper. Our team uses modern technology including management software, email , phone-based apps, etc. This position requires fluency in all basic modern technologies as well as a high capability of learning other applications specific to our company and industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions: Manage financial transactions for multiple entities (LLCs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Record Keeping: Maintain both digital and hard copy records of all financial transactions, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
Communication: Effectively communicate with management, supervisors, vendors, and clients to address financial queries and provide necessary support.
Accounts Payable: Create, pay, and monitor accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, receive payments, and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, with at least 2 years in real estate accounting.
Technical Skills: Proficient in AppFolio, QuickBooks desktop, Excel, and Word.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks.
Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Team Orientation: Strong team player who works well in a collaborative environment.

Additional Qualifications:

GAAP: At least 1 year of experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (preferred).
