Role description:

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and day-to-day management, of paid digital marketing campaigns at Arcadis on platforms including but not limited to Google search/display ads, LinkedIn ads, and Facebook ads.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Campaign Planning and Delivery:

The ability to set up and roll-out successful advertising campaigns, execute a set of well-structured tests and optimize performance over time against a clear set of performance goals with a focus on brand building & (B2B) lead generation including the following:

Campaign Execution – including audience building, campaign set up, platform management, remarketing and budget management.
Cross team collaboration - Working with other workstreams to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
Research - Conducting in-depth keyword research and working closely with the website, email and SEO team to identify best practices for campaign set up
Campaign Optimisations - Oversee overall performance and KPIs across multiple platforms. Monitor campaign performance, reporting and forecasting with the ability to make recommended optimisations based on insights.
Reporting/Analytics

Client insights - Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders based on client insights
Monthly/Quarterly reporting - Regular reporting of all Paid Advertising campaigns on a monthly and quarterly basis for internal clients using Google Data Studio to present data in professional report format.
KPI’s - Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
Stakeholder Management

Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients including the following:

Conducting briefing calls
Communicating clear timelines
Proactively keeping stakeholders up to date on a regular basis
Project Management

Ability to proactively manage individual tasks and campaigns using project management tools provided.
Digital Channels Expertise

Proactively maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and knoweldge share across the team
Continuously perform relevant research and monitor trends
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any Business-related courses

Job-Related Experience:

2 years of cumulative hands-on experience in campaign management platforms including Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google AdWords/GDN, Facebook Business Manager

Specific knowledge:

Excellent understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook , and Google Ads platform. Preferably have a certification with these platforms.
Google Search (mandatory, hands-on-experience)
Google Display (mandatory, hands-on-experience)
LinkedIn (mandatory, hands-on-experience)

Facebook (mandatory, hands-on-experience)
Google Data Studio (experience preferred)
Excellent in campaign A/B testing and optimization
Proficient in Google Analytics (UA or GA4)
Intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
