Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and outbound phone calls. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our CEO, managing a busy daily schedule and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and available 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced use of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, etc.) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Handle outbound phone calls to clients, partners, and tea m me mbers
Manage daily schedules and appointments, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items
Provide general administrative support to the CEO
Ensure efficient communication and coordination between the CEO and other departments
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
Available 7 days a week
