Position Overview: The Executive Sales Manager at Arthaland is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for Arthaland’s premium real estate projects. The Executive Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and forecasts.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders.

• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive sales performance.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and potential business areas.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and company sales policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

• At least 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, especially in the premium and sustainable property sectors.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
