Job Description:

Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing performance metrics and assessing risks
Maintain constant awareness of the company’s financial position, proactively addressing potential issues
Oversee the full accounts receivable process, including collections management
Manage accounts payable and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial records
Create, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business, financial, and operational systems
Handle tax-related responsibilities, including tax reporting, reconciliation, and tax engine management for clients
Act as the main billing contact for client inquiries and concerns
Lead budgeting processes, providing strategic insights for cost control and financial planning
Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks and financial reporting
Identify and implement improvements in financial, operational, and accounting processes
Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial data and compliance
Prepare detailed quarterly and annual financial performance reports
Oversee all audit and internal control operations
Assist with financial forecasting and contribute to long-term strategic planning
Manage ad hoc projects, developing financial models that offer insights into business operations
Continuously improve and automate accounting and financial workflows, using advanced technology and industry best practices
Serve as project manager for internal initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals

Requirements:
· CPA or CFA license required / Other additional licenses are preferred
· Minimum 10 years of combined accounting, finance and business operations experience
· Fluent in English in both speaking and writing; neutral accent
· Able to work-from-home with an 8am to 5pm MST schedule (PH Nightshift)
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and accounting skills
· Proficient in QuickBooks
· Excellent written & verbal communication, collaborative worker
· Extremely responsive

Compensation:
12-15 USD per hour

*** This is a full-time, work-from-home position for a US-based company. The role is indefinite, meaning there's no set end date, and it requires night shift work to align with US business hours.
