Ayala Land Group is looking for an Admin Assistant. The Admin Assistant is responsible with Office Admin, Front Desk Receptionist duties, and Secretarial tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and attends to appointments, meetings, office events, project launches and work sessions of immediate supervisor and other managers to whom he/she is assigned
  • Responsible for providing professional support and assistance to the immediate supervisor, team, and other managers to whom he/she is assigned by coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing and managing documents, safeguarding confidential matters, and performing other administrative duties
  • Monitors the general administrative and/or capital expenditures budget and expenses of the office
  • Responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or sales staff.
  • Prepares, processes and monitors requisitions for cash advances, reimbursements, payments to vendors, suppliers and contractors, petty cash disbursements, replenishment and other administrative expenses of the office
  • Coordinates with office services staff such as drivers, messengers and janitors
  • Performs other specialized tasks depending on the unit / section / SBU / Corporate Unit of designation as directed by the immediate supervisor and other managers to whom he/she is assigned
  • Performs other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor and other managers to whom he/she is assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 monthsof relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Amenability to work in Circuit Makati
