The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Inventory Admin Assistant is to monitor the inventory of waste and new materials, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and seamless coordination with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and support smooth warehouse operations.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure the sufficient inventory materials level for operational needs through planning, procurement, and monitoring.
  • Process purchase requisitions promptly, including purchase order processing.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to guarantee timely delivery of inventory materials.
  • Conduct regular inventory reconciliations to identify discrepancies between physical stock and recorded inventory levels.
  • Regularly monitor the inventory levels of waste materials and new materials within the warehouse.
  • Utilize inventory management software and manual tracking methods to accurately record incoming and outgoing items.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.


DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain precise records of inventory transactions, including receipts/delivery receipts and /or any document adjustments.
  • Enter data into the inventory management system promptly and always ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels and stock movements.
  • Implement best practices and recommend innovative solutions to streamline operations.


Other Functions

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management, including health and safety standards and environmental regulations for waste disposal.
  • Assist CWSI Permits and Licenses group during CPC renewal and NWRB Inspection
  • Assisting the Immediate Superior and department.
  • Accomplishes other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior.
  • Always adheres to the Company Policy.
  • Maintains confidentiality of information.
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.


Must have a Bachelors/College Degree 4-year Course BS Management, Office Administration, and the like.

Additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
