Planning Engineer/ Project Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution and timely completion of our construction projects. As a Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing construction programs, resource allocation, and ensuring all project milestones are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop proposed construction programs, ensuring alignment with project requirements and scheduling parameters.

· Calculate and assign resources effectively, including both skilled and unskilled labor, to maintain project timelines.

· Endorse manpower requests to the Operations Director, aligning workforce with project needs.

· Conduct comprehensive reviews of contract documents in coordination with the Project Team to guarantee understanding and execution of deliverables.

· Maintain effective coordination with all parties, including trade contractors and the Client, to facilitate proper execution of work.

· Participate in weekly meetings to address project issues and promote smooth progress.

· Prepare detailed progress reports, comparing actual achievements against the planned baseline and highlighting any discrepancies.

· Analyze and report on gaps between planned and actual progress, identifying critical areas for improvement.

· Ensure the timely submission and approval of materials, shop drawings, and purchase requests.

· Evaluate workers' productivity to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with relevant project experience.

· Willingness to be assigned in Clark/Tarlac area.

· Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

· Well-versed in Primavera P6, with a strong grasp of its functionalities for project management.

· Great presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders.
