Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, media buying, and data-driven decision-making. This role will require deep knowledge of campaign strategy, budget management, and performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms to meet client objectives.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance data, making strategic adjustments to optimize cost-efficiency, targeting, and ad creative.

Budget Management: Effectively manage ad spend and budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining alignment with client goals.

Market & Audience Research: Conduct in-depth audience analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring campaigns are aligned with target demographics.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop and test new ad creative concepts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.

A/B Testing: Implement and monitor A/B testing for ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.

Client Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, key insights, and optimization strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.

Strategy Development: Lead the development of paid media strategies tailored to clients' specific business objectives and target audiences.

Cross-Platform Coordination: Coordinate with other digital channels to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy across all client touchpoints.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying and digital advertising, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta platforms.

Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads, including advanced audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Certifications: Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and other third-party ad management platforms.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and report preparation.

Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, with a high attention to detail in executing and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Problem Solver: Ability to think critically and creatively to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.

Preferred

Experience managing large-scale campaigns.

Background in working with clients in various industries, including e-commerce, SaaS, and B2B.

Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
