Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize clients' calendars, scheduling appointments and sending timely reminders
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring effective communication
  • Conduct research and compile necessary information to support client projects
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and preparing itineraries
  • Create and organize presentation materials and documents for meetings or projects
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address their needs swiftly and efficiently
  • Utilize various productivity tools to manage tasks and track progress effectively


Requirements

  • Making client's paper works, appointments & data entry
  • Helping client to pay bills and run errands
  • Keeping to-do list organized.
  • Ensuring all errands are properly documented
  • Listing items on eBay, Marketplace, Poshmark etc
  • Must be willing to work on a graveyard schedule.
