The Sales Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department within salesforce and other areas when needed. This role involves clear communication with sales directors and utilizing Salesforce to maintain accurate records and generate reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Salesforce.
Activities
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales data into Salesforce.
- Coordinate with Director of Sales on current pipelines and status in Salesforce..
- Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints if/when needed
- Manage and maintain Salesforce database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate sales reports and dashboards using Salesforce.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and events if requested.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals if requested.
Monday to Friday
- Standard Schedule : 23:00 -08:00 Manila time zone
- Daylight saving in the US : 22:00 - 07:00 Manila time zone

Minimum requirement
- MUST: Advanced English level (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- High School diploma, BA is a plus
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
- Typing: 30 - 40 WPM
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
- CPU: 1.8 GHz
- RAM: 2 GB
- Hard drive: 128 GB (preferably Solid State Drive)
- 50 Mbps Internet speed
