We are seeking an experienced Influencer Partnerships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with creators and brands alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers across various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) relevant to our clients and campaigns.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute influencer campaigns in collaboration with our clients and internal teams. Ensure influencer content aligns with brand goals and drives measurable results.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and key stakeholders. - - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with influencers.
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report on key outcomes (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions). Optimize future campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative teams to ensure influencers deliver high-quality, on-brand content. Provide guidance and feedback to creators throughout the content production process.
Industry Trends & Insights: Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, social media, and emerging platforms. Provide strategic recommendations to continuously evolve our influencer strategies.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management, preferably within an agency or brand.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns that drove measurable results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with influencers and clients.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies based on insights.
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with influencer management tools and platforms is a plus.
