We handle everything from posting vehicles to managing real-time messaging, turning cold messages into hot leads or appointments for our clients. In addition to our flagship offering, we are excited to announce the launch of our new real estate offer, expanding our expertise and services into the real estate market.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in GHL (Go High Level) and possess the ability to jump into various tasks related to funnels, lead generation, and client management. This role requires someone who can keep up with the fast-paced environment of a growing company and assist in every aspect of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO in managing daily tasks and priorities.
Support in building and managing funnels and lead generation for clients.
Organize and maintain spreadsheets for various business operations.
Help with the day-to-day organization of sales teams, including reporting on sales team results and payroll, including commissions.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Adapt quickly to the dynamic needs of the CEO and the company.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant.
Proficiency in GHL (Go High Level) is a must.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with spreadsheets and reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Vancouver, Canada time.
