The HR intern will support the daily operations of the Human Resources department, which includes tasks related to hiring and employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • performing administrative tasks and supporting daily HR activities such as sourcing candidates, screening potential resumes to identify suitable candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Post job openings across multiple job sites and social media platforms to maximize visibility.
  • Drafting offer letters, responding to emails, and issuing rejection letters to applicants.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
