Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding calls with clinicians and gather user feedback to improve our services.
- Reach out to facilities to obtain contact information for directors and address any clinic-related inquiries.
- Develop how-to or demo videos, and write blog articles, newsletters, and promotional copy.
- Create and manage posts across popular platforms, engage with followers, and collaborate with physical therapy influencers.
- Design and distribute surveys to gather insights from users and facilities.
- Set up and refine Google Tag Manager, and generate reports to track website performance.
- Create a comprehensive content calendar for blog posts, social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Connect with podcast hosts and engage in influencer marketing to promote services.
- Join relevant Facebook and LinkedIn groups to expand our network and enhance community involvement.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and basic analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A background in healthcare or physical therapy is a plus but not required.
