Amazon Management

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Synchronize and reconcile Amazon inventory in NetSuite with FBA records (Monthly).
• Ensure Amazon sales are booked and recorded in NetSuite (Weekly).
• Write off and remove discarded inventory from FBA after approval (As needed).
• Post Amazon payments and allocate fees/expenses to correct accounts (As needed).
  
  

Cost Control & Invoice Check:

• Confirm orders and conduct price checks on invoices from Denmark (As needed).
  
  

Finance & Bookkeeping

• Maintain sales tax/resale numbers for customers (Yearly).
• Perform reconciliation of Denmark vendor accounts vs. NetSuite (Monthly).
• Send customer statements, follow up on late payments, and manage commissions (Monthly/As needed).
• Suspend services for customers with overdue balances in coordination with the warehouse team (As needed).
  
  

Inventory Management

• Ensure inventory adjustments from the warehouse are booked in NetSuite (Weekly).
• Review and reconcile consignment inventory with customers (Yearly/As needed).
• Transfer inventory between warehouses based on sales info (Daily).
  
  

NetSuite Setup

• Coordinate handling of bundle setup and product classification in NetSuite (As needed/Bi-Annually).
• Manage the setup of new items in NetSuite (As needed).
  
  

Online Account Management

• Ensure timely submission of inventory feeds (Monthly).
• Manage Marketime and Brandwise Rep software (Ongoing).
• Assist with setting up products on online account portals (As needed).
  
  

Order Management (Inbound):

• Ensure synchronization of U.S. open and backorders with Denmark (Monthly).
• Enter and track purchase orders, handle sample orders, and receive products into warehouses (Ongoing).
• Report and resolve discrepancy issues with Denmark (Weekly).
  
  

Order Management (Outbound):

• Adjust pricing on customer orders as necessary (As needed).
  
  

Product Management

• Update new product classifications in NetSuite (Bi-Annually).
• Manage and monitor discontinued items (As needed).
  
  

Sample Order Management

• Expense samples not part of regular inventory (As needed).
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations or finance.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, inventory management, or finance.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle tasks with urgency.
• Team player with a goal-oriented and proactive attitude.
  
  

Work set-up: Homebased (equipment provided)

Work schedule: M - F, 9PM - 6AM
