JOB SUMMARY: The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing internet infrastructure across multiple locations, and addressing all IT needs of the company, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, procuring IT equipment, and managing our chat and email system (Microsoft 365). Additionally, when IT tasks are limited, the specialist will support the operations department with various administrative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and manage backend and front-end aspects of our Microsoft 365 subscription. Configure and maintain user accounts, licenses, and security settings. Provide support and training to employees on Microsoft 365 tools and features.
- Provide comprehensive IT support, manage asset inventory, and enforce IT policies and best practices, including SAP B1 integration when necessary.
- Manage and optimize internet connectivity and network performance across multiple locations, including troubleshooting and coordinating with service providers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and POS issues; provide technical support through various channels and maintain detailed records in the IT helpdesk system.
- Procure, deliver, install, and set up IT devices while managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Cloud Server Management (Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software, preferably with MacBooks & MacOS
- Knowledge in network management and internet infrastructure
- Experience and background in SAP B1 is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Can work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work fully onsite in Mandaluyong City
