ROLE OVERVIEW
• Analyzes eCommerce data and provides insights on performance, shifts in customer preference, shopping behavior, and the impact of promotions.
• Manages inclusion of business unit's data in the eCommerce dashboard.
• Plans, executes, and evaluates ecommerce performance marketing initiatives. Manage and monitor business unit's eCommerce budget.
• Manages assigned portfolio, brand, and platform-led campaigns on eCommerce platforms.
• Optimizes eCommerce digital shelf and product details page.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or any relevant course
• With 2-4 years of combined experience in eCommerce analytics, performance marketing, and category management, preferably on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok
• Has strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Must have strong understanding of the eCommerce industry
